You will receive an email prompting you to complete a travel registration. For more information about the travel registration process, please see the Essential Travel Process Steps.
Go to GW Passport's homepage.
Click LOGIN/REGISTER in the upper right. On mobile, you will need to expand the menu by clicking on the hamburger icon.
Enter your username and password and click Login.
Your username is your GW NetID (the first part of your GW email address before the '@' symbol).

Once you have successfully logged in, click on your travel registration within the "Applications" section on your home page.
Click on each checkbox requirement and follow the steps required to complete it. You may need to scroll down in order to see all requirements.
Once every checkbox requirement has been completed, you have successfully submitted your travel registration.
