Mark Materials as Received

Materials can be marked as completed/received for an individual student or in batch.

Individual student

  1. Search for the student’s application and view their application (procedures for viewing an individual student's application).

  2. Go to the Materials section of the application.

     

  3. Scroll down and identify the material you need to mark as completed.

  4. Click the checkbox to indicate it was Received.

    Once you click the checkbox, you can add notes.
    These notes are for internal use; students will not see these notes.
    You can choose whether or not you want the student to be notified that the material was marked as received.

     

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save All.

 

In batch

  1. Search for the program’s applications (procedures for searching for all applications).

  2. Click Options > Batch material edit

     

  3. IMPORTANT: Click the arrow to show all applicants, and check the ones for which you want to edit the applications. Missing this step will result in a batch edit of all applications.

     

     

  4. Select the appropriate Application Material from the dropdown.
    Note: the dropdown contains all application materials to all programs, so be sure to identify the correct one as it appears on the respective application.

  5. Click the checkbox to indicate it was Received.
    Once you click the checkbox, you can add notes.

    You can choose whether or not you want the student to be notified that the material was marked as received.

     

  6. Click Update.
